Cr\u00e9er un planning mensuel<\/h3>\n

Allez \u00e0 ENTRA\u00ceNEMENT – PLANNING PAR MOIS – VUE D’ENSEMBLE.<\/p>\n

\u00c9tape 1:<\/strong> D\u00e9termine les \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur lesquels tu souhaites travailler pendant la saison. Pour ce faire, s\u00e9lectionne sous \u00ab\u00a0Domaines\u00a0\u00bb l’\u00e9l\u00e9ment correspondant et glisse-le dans le mois souhait\u00e9 via \u00ab\u00a0Drag & Drop\u00a0\u00bb. TC=Th\u00e8me Central TP= Th\u00e8me partiel<\/strong>. Fais attention aux points. L’objectif est de planifier tous les domaines \u00e0 0 point.<\/p>\n

\u00c9tape 2:<\/strong> Si tu remplis ici ton planning, tu pourras plus tard comparer ces informations avec tes entra\u00eenements r\u00e9els. Ainsi, My Ice Hockey t’aide \u00e0 toujours travailler conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 tes objectifs.<\/p>\n\n
